3-Layer Yellow Cake

Yellow cake with chocolate frosting.  It's important to remember eggs.  One of the layers, sadly, had to go without and it was a challenge to frost.  Eggs help to maintain the structure of a cake.

Chocolate Chip Ice Cream

I made chocolate chip vanilla ice cream last night.  This is the first of four flavors that I am making as a Father's Day gift.  Home made ice cream is delicious and surprisingly super easy to make!
