4th of July Cake Balls

This is an attempt at red, white and blue cake balls to celebrate the holiday right.  The melts that you use to dip the balls in make all the difference.  Clearly the blue melts are the winners.  Even if they don't look pretty, they sure do taste yummy!

3-Layer Yellow Cake

Yellow cake with chocolate frosting.  It's important to remember eggs.  One of the layers, sadly, had to go without and it was a challenge to frost.  Eggs help to maintain the structure of a cake.
